My name is Kelly Wilson and I am the therapist and owner of Bella Vista Counseling. I see client's in an office setting in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with trauma, navigating major life transitions, or facing relationship challenges. You might feel stuck, lost, or even unsure of how to move forward. I know therapy is hard, I love to add humor and warmth to my sessions and will meet you where you are. I have specialized trauma training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and The Flash Technique. I am also DBT informed. I focus on incorporating mindfulness and grounding techniques in my sessions in order for individuals to learn healthy ways to self-regulate and cope with life stressors.
